IVC volunteers work with the elderly, disabled and others temporarily in need assisting them to get to medical appointments, social engagements and other life-enhancing events. In the past four months, the number of care receivers has dramatically increased. We need more volunteers to help transport people around Kitsap County. Our care receivers are primarily based on Bainbridge Island, but they often have requests to appointments in Silverdale and Poulsbo.
