Description

Volunteers are needed to help with a spring cleanup of the parklike grounds of the future homeless shelter, located at 4459 SE Mile Hill Drive in Port Orchard. Individuals, families and groups are invited to participate.(Children must be over 8 years old, please).

Volunteers will help with gardening, landscaping, pruning and raking up pine cones and leaves.

Please BYOT (bring your own tools), gloves, hats and sunscreen.

Lunch and event t shirt will be provided. 

Restrooms, shade and water will be available for taking breaks.

Onsite parking is available.

A facility tour will be given at Noon and 2 pm for registered volunteers. Join us!
