Kitsap Sexual Assault Center (KSAC) operates from three locations 24 hours per day and serves an average of 1,700 persons per year. Current services provided are legal/medical/systems advocacy, individual and family therapy, groups for adults and teens, 24-hour support line, crisis intervention and prevention.
What We Do
The mission of Kitsap Sexual Assault Center is to alleviate as much as possible the trauma resulting from sexual abuse and other violent crimes by providing counseling, support, advocacy, education and by helping to bring about social change. Kitsap Sexual Assault Center was incorporated on November 10, 1975, and was called Rape Response. In 1988 the name changed to Kitsap Sexual Assault Center and a broader range of services was offered.
