Who We Are
The vision of the Puget Sound Navy Museum is to make the museum a preffered destination for naval personnel and their families, shipyard workers and their families, and visitors to Bremerton and the Puget Sound region.
The Puget Sound Navy Museum will ensure that the naval heritage of the Pacific Northwest and those who shaped and continue to contribute to it are never forgotten, always remain relevant and inspire as many people as possible.
What We Do
The Puget Sound Navy Museum is run by the Department of the Navy and is dedicated to collecting, preserving and interpreting the naval heritage of the Pacific Northwest from 1840 to the present for the benefit of the U.S. Navy and the people of the United States. This museum is comprised of a dedicated fulltime staff, which is also supported by an enthusiastic team of volunteers and our foundation. Our volunteers come from all walks of life and are dedicated to serving and educating the public.
