Howe Farm – Orchard Renovation and Trail Maintenance
A chance to explore this beautiful, pastoral park property that is home to an off-leash dog park, an apple orchard, open space land, and an old heritage barn. Volunteers have been working hard on improvements to the farm and would appreciate help. Some exciting projects are planned for this Day of Caring project, including improvements to the trail system and an orchard renovation. Come out and learn more about the history of the farm, tour the garden spaces, and give back to this cherished place! Tools and instruction provided, bringing your own gloves is encouraged.
