Who We Are
The Kathleen Sutton Fund (KSF), a local non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that provides assistance with transportation costs for women with cancer. Women from Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, and Mason counties are eligible.
What We Do
The Kathleen Sutton Fund (KSF) provides assistance with transportation costs for women with cancer living in Clallam, Kitsap, Jefferson and Mason counties.
Where you receive treatment is determined by the type of cancer, the stage of the cancer and what type of treatment is needed, it’s not always the center closest to you. Health insurance may also determine where you need to go for treatment. Transportation expenses are not usually covered by insurance.
Funds are available for transportation expenses which includes ferry fees, mileage, parking, tolls, and any other transit expense.
If you need help or know someone that could use help, please contact KSF Client Advocates at 360-328-1049 or email HELP@kathleensutton.org.
Our primary fundraiser is a live and silent auction which is held annually on the first Saturday in October. Volunteers are needed not only for this fundraiser event but for tasks year round. Please contact us at volunteer@kathleensutton.org if you are interested in volunteering.
